Shop, Wharf and facilities

Yanda Haimen has two production areas, Phase A (already put into operation) which covers an area of nearly 132 acres, and Phase B (under construction) which covers an area of nearly 33 acres.
There are 3 indoor workshops a large outdoor site with hardened ground.
Workshop No. 1 is 335 meters long, 120 meters wide and 14 meters high;
Workshop No. 2 is 280 meters long, 150 meters wide and 24 meters high;
Workshop No. 3 is 335 meters long, 120 meters wide and 16 meters high;
The outdoor module assembly site is 900 meters long, and 216 meters wide.

Smart Fabrication Management System（SFMS）

In the same indutry, Yanda is the first to develop and use the digital smart project fabrication management system in the world.

By introducing the latest technologies such as smart fabrication, lean manufacturing, and internet manufacturing, the entire fabrication process is placed in an optimized controlled condition.
